About the lessons.
What is in a lesson?
Guided notes with the diagrams drawn, a practice activity, a teacher overview that lists the standards it covers, and a fully worked answer key. Every lesson comes as PDFs and as editable PowerPoint files. 24 lessons also have bonus differentiated activities, in print and digital form.
Which topics are covered?
The whole high school Geometry course: 11 units and 92 lessons that match the Common Core State Standards, from geometric transformations and the tools of Geometry through congruent triangles, quadrilaterals, similarity, trigonometry, circles, volume and constructions. The full list is on the Curriculum page.
Will new materials be added?
Yes. New Geometry-focused materials are added every month. On the way: warm-ups, exit tickets, quizzes, unit test banks, study guides, review day activities, and more!
Who is it for?
All Geometry teachers. If you're newer to teaching Geometry, each lesson's teacher overview suggests how to teach it. If you're an experienced teacher, you won't have to reinvent the wheel every week.
Can I use it with the curriculum I already have?
Yes. Use the lessons, practice and activities as they are, or fit them into your existing curriculum and classroom routines.
Using the files.
What formats are the files?
PDFs you can print or upload, and PowerPoint files you can edit.
Can I print for my students?
Yes. Print, project or upload the pages for the students in your own classroom, as many copies as they need.
Can I use it for both in-person and digital teaching?
Yes. Print the pages, project them, edit them, or upload the PDFs to your school's LMS. The bonus differentiated activities are a mix of print and digital: some are print activities and some are digital ones.
Do I need special software?
A web browser and a PDF reader. For the editable files, PowerPoint.
The membership.
What do IÂ get?
Every lesson and file in the library, plus new resources as they are added, for as long as you are a member.
How much does it cost?
$150 a year, or $15 a month. Both plans include everything. The yearly plan saves $30 over paying monthly.
How does the $1 trial work?
$1 gives you access to the whole library for 7 days. Unless you cancel before the 7 days end, your membership continues at $15 a month from day 8. You can cancel any time from your account, and the $1 is not refunded. Start it on the 7-day trial page.
Can I share my membership with my department?
One membership is for one teacher. Each teacher in your department needs their own membership.
Account and billing.
When do I get access?
Right away. As soon as your membership is confirmed, you can log in and start exploring.
Can IÂ cancel?
Yes. You can cancel any time from your account. You keep access until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again. After that, your access to the library ends.
Do you offer refunds?
There are no refunds, and the $1 trial payment is not refunded either. If you'd like to look inside before you commit, the $1 trial is the way to do it.
